2025
Annual Report
From zero to 142,847 users, from a single idea to 3.2B API calls worldwide. Every number below is a story we wrote together this year.
A year in numbers.
Four core indicators tracking Helios AI's growth curve, platform reliability and user satisfaction across 2025.
The growth curve.
From 12K in Q1 to 142K by year-end. Twelve months of real growth — no padding, no inflation, just the product itself.
What we shipped.
Four quarters, four major releases: API launch, enterprise beta, AI assistant rebuild, self-hosted edition. From tool to platform, from cloud to the edge.
Helios v1.0 Public Release
The first stable GA version, with web and CLI clients shipping on day one. 8,200 sign-ups within 48 hours.
REST API Public Beta
200 developers onboarded in the first wave. P95 latency dropped to 180ms, opening the door to self-serve integration.
Enterprise Edition Closed Beta
20 design partners joined the rollout. First private deployment went live; SOC 2 Type I audit kicked off.
Code Completion Model v3
Suggestion acceptance jumped from 22% to 34% overnight — a shift the AI-coding industry had to reckon with.
AI Chat Assistant 2.0
200K-token multi-turn context, native tool-calling. Developers now average 6.4 conversations per day.
Helios Enterprise GA
Private VPC, SSO, audit logs — everything enterprises need. ARR crossed $4.2M.
Self-Hosted Edition
Built for finance, healthcare and government. First time Helios runs in air-gapped environments.
2026 Roadmap Unveiled
Three pillars: multimodal, autonomous agents, open ecosystem. Developer community surpassed 120K.
What people actually use.
Top 5 features by call volume across the full year. Code completion is still the bread and butter — but AI chat is closing in fast.
Four sides of the team.
Engineering, product, design, operations — all four engines firing. Behind every number on this page is a team that pulled a few late nights.
Stability & Speed
P99 latency compressed from 720ms to 180ms. Uptime held at 99.98% — 312 days without a major incident.
Tool to Platform
86 major features shipped, covering individual, team and enterprise personas. NPS broke 70 for the first time.
Reinventing the UI
New IDE plugin, new web console. Three quarters in a row on the developer word-of-mouth Top 3.
Growth Engine
Developer community crossed 120K. 8 meetups hosted. 47 net-new enterprise customers signed.
Where we go next.
Three strategic directions, each with clear customer commitments and dedicated team investment.
Multimodal Understanding
From text-only to "see, read, listen, reason" — full multimodal input and output, with native understanding of screens and images.
- Native image, video and audio support
- Screen understanding and UI automation
- Multimodal retrieval and knowledge graphs
Autonomous Agents
From "autocomplete" to "task execution." Helios Agent plans, calls tools and ships results — under human oversight.
- Long-horizon task planning
- Tool calling with a code-execution sandbox
- Observable, controllable human-in-the-loop
Open Ecosystem
Helios becomes an extensible developer platform — third-party models, plugins and a Skills marketplace, all open from day one.
- Models & Skills marketplace
- Partner revenue-share program
- Helios Foundry accelerator
